Sometimes you just want us to install it, fix it, upgrade it?
If you do need us to do something outside of our stndard remit of keeping the service running smoothly, we have to charge for our time.
If you have a quote from us, for doing something, it will contain a Time & Materials figure, say installing a website could be between 20 minutes to an hour. You purchase the time and we can do the work.
