Switching between Shared and Reseller Hosting

Upgrading from Shared to Reseller hosting

It is possible to upgrade, from Shared to Reseller Hosting, as DirectAdmin has provided an upgrade script available to Administrators in the backend.

To upgrade, simply raise a support ticket specifying your account name requesting which package you would like to upgraded to.

An invoice will be issued for the cost of the Reseller Account minus the cost of the Shared account

Once the invoice is paid, we will perform the upgrade.

Downgrading from Reseller to Shared Hosting

We can downgrade a Reseller account to a Shared account, but first you must ensure that your reseller account no longer has any sub-accounts.

An invoice will be issued for the value of £5.

Once there are no sub accounts and invoice has been paid, we will perform the downgrade
