Reseller & Shared account password resets
Reseller and Shared User accounts purchased directly from us can be reset using the "Client Area Portal" (https://clientaarea.unixguru.co.uk/clientarea).
In your clienta area, click on the Manage button on the service type (Reseller or Shared) and select the Service Management option.
To the right of the service you wish to reset the password for, clig the "Cog Icon" and choose Service Management from the drop-down menu.
Now click Reset Password on the options panel on the left.
When asked "Do you really want to reset your password?" Click the Reset Password button.
You will see a message like this:-
You have received an email with your new password
An email was sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
You do not get to choose your password during a reset.
